Hi I’m Claire, it’s lovely to meet you.
I love early mornings, cups of tea, being cosy, the seasons, reading more than one book at once, plants, chocolate and I’m a stickler for a routine.
I’m not so keen on coffee, losing socks in the washing machine, being busy and I really, really loathe the word “hustle.”
I work with women just like you who are seeking a life that feels calm and fulfilled instead of an overwhelming, uphill struggle.
What do I do?
I use a combination of reflexology, guided meditation, relaxation and stress management tools and techniques, as well as sharing some of my own personal experience to help you find a sense of calm in your life.
My work is focused on three key areas:
Calmer Mind – tools and techniques to help you get out of your own head, develop a more positive mindset and feel stronger and more resilient to the stresses of daily life.
Calmer Body – honouring the wisdom of the body, listening to the subtle signals and helping you move from a state of high stress and dis-ease to a place of rest and relaxation where the body can feel at ease in and in balance.
Calmer Living – helping you say no to being busy and instead choosing to live more slowly and purposefully, creating space in life for the things that you love. Creating routines and rituals to help you stay in control and make time to look after your own needs.
