One to one Guided Meditation sessions offer a relaxing yet effective way to reconnect body and mind, to gain clarity, seek answers or let go of the past so you can focus on making the most of the here and now.

Session 1 - Cleansing: During the first session we’ll focus on helping you to achieve complete mind and body relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety and letting go of thoughts, ideas and emotions that no longer serve you.

Session 2 – Transformation: Here we’ll focus on transformation, whether It’s making a change, finding answers or getting really clear about your goals or intentions.

Session 3 – Moving Forward: The final session will help you move forward in a confident and positive way.
